President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent his wishes to students, teachers, parents and all educational workers throughout the United Arab Emirates. He celebrated the start of the 2026–2027 year with great hope and encouragement. This new school year began with excitement and a strong sense of purpose for everyone involved in education, across the country.
In a message shared on social media and reported by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the UAE President highlighted the fundamental role of education in driving the nation’s future development, innovation, and long-term ambition. His Highness commended educators for their dedication to fostering knowledge and empowering young minds, while encouraging students to pursue academic excellence with curiosity and determination.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, alongside His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also extended their best wishes to the educational community, reaffirming the UAE leadership’s commitment to providing world-class learning environments nationwide.
The new school term sees hundreds of thousands of students returning to classrooms across public and private schools in all seven emirates, supported by updated educational initiatives and enhanced school infrastructure.
