Abu Dhabi is preparing to host a major season of regional live music, with five high-profile Arabic concerts scheduled to take place across the capital’s premiere venues between August 28 and October 17, 2026.
Organized in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Events Bureau, the upcoming concert lineup will span Etihad Arena on Yas Island and Space42 Arena, bringing together a diverse array of Arabic musical genres. The lineup features performances by leading regional pop stars, heartfelt balladeers, electronic remixes of classic Arabic repertoire, and large-scale orchestral arrangements celebrating Arab musical heritage.
Notable highlights of the season include an orchestral performance titled Nagham at Space42 Arena on October 9, led by Yemeni composer Mohammed Al Qahoom and the Heritage Symphonic Orchestra, as well as a co-headlining concert at Etihad Arena on October 17 featuring Egyptian pop icons Tamer Hosny and Tamer Ashour.
Fakhry Alsarraj, Director of the Abu Dhabi Events Bureau, highlighted that the curated series aims to cater to diverse audiences across the UAE and the broader region. By showcasing everything from high-energy shaabi and modern pop to traditional classical compositions, the concert season highlights the capital’s expanding status as a primary cultural hub for Middle Eastern live entertainment.
