Dubai’s off-plan property sales reached AED 5.2 billion from 1013 deals, while off-plan property sales reached AED 3.4 billion from 2004 deals.
Real estate transactions in Dubai Land Department this week amounted to AED 14 billion, resulting from 4262 transactions. The department saw more than 3017 sales worth AED 8.7 billion, 1048 mortgage transactions worth AED 3.8 billion, and 197 gift transactions worth AED 1.3 billion.
The weekly sales deals were distributed into: 212 sales of land, 2597 sales of residential units, and 208 sales of buildings, while mortgage deals were distributed into: 303 mortgages for land, 615 mortgages for residential units, and 129 mortgages for buildings.
Dubai’s off-plan property sales reached AED 5.2 billion from 1013 deals, while off-plan property sales reached AED 3.4 billion from 2004 deals.
The City of Arabia area came in first in terms of sales value, amounting to AED 1 billion, followed by Airport City with AED 666 million, Jumeirah Village Circle with AED 337 million, Palm Jumeirah with AED 302 million, and Business Bay with AED 301 million.
The market witnessed the sale of a residential plot in the City of Arabia area worth AED 571 million, and a luxury residential apartment on the plan in Palm Jumeirah within the Basu project by Beyond Properties was sold for AED 90 million, and an off-plan villa in The World Islands area was sold for AED 70 million.
